NATHANIEL R. JONES, Circuit Judge. In this case, Plaintiff Bill Call Ford, Inc. ("Call") is appealing the district courts grant of summary judgment to Defendant Ford Motor Company ("Ford") on all eight counts of Calls claim against Ford. Call is also appealing the district courts grant of Fords Motion to Compel Discovery and the courts award of attorneys fees and costs related to the motion. Calls claim primarily arose from Calls attempt to sell its Ford franchise dealership to James Graham. We affirm the district courts grant of summary judgment to Ford on all eight counts of Calls claim, and we affirm the district courts grant of Fords discovery motion and the award of attorneys fees and costs to Ford.
